I am so tired in the morning. The last week I haven’t been working out before work because I just can’t get out of bed. So sleepy. Don’t like it. Would get to bed earlier if I could, but it’s not always easy to get in bed earlier than the kids.
Idag bjuds det på godis på kontoret. Och mjukglass. Det står också en barista där och gör finkaffe.

Had a knäckebröd sandwich before leaving the office. It’s a life hack having a snack just before you’re going home from work. It gives you energy enough to go by the grocery store and cook dinner.
Started to watch The Capture yesterday. The plot is around deep fake videos. What if all things shown on screens will be seen as possible fake in some near future?

Set the alarm. Got up when still dark. Drank a glass of water. Put the earphones in. Put the radio news on. Went to the gym. Now I’m here starting this Wednesday with some weights.
Stockholm is waking up. I am out running. The sun rises not until around 6.30 am now. Three months ago it hardly never set. Autumn is here.
Me and my family have had a great weekend together with my wife’s brother and his family. We went to a small place town called Gränna, next to Sweden’s second biggest lake. Lots of good food and laughs.
For the first time in maybe ten years, I’m going to play some screaming rock music tonight together with my cousin and friend J. Excited!
