There’s a lot of health recommendations going on concerning hydration, drinking water. I am sceptical about drinking water all the time. I believe in the old fashioned, drink water when you’re thirsty. But the older you get, this tend to be an inadequate measurement. One thing is true. There’s a huge number of companies who want you to drink (buy) water and other so called healthy drinks. You get liquid also from eating. In Sweden physicians have been talking about the downsides of drinking unnecessary amounts of water: rising incontinence problems, especially for women.

This was a short article summoning things up pretty good. There’s no one size fits all solution.
