What about today? Started with a fast morning walk (straight out of bed, not even coffee) to the nearest park gym. Did that for 20 minutes. Walked back, had a short swim, went home. Had coffee and breakfast. Said good bye to the kids (after helping them with breakfast and such), worked for a couple of hours from home. Ate a left over pizza slice and went to the office. Worked from there a couple of hours, went to the barber, biked home. Now I am here. I was going to write: About today? Nothing special
