Here is my interview [in swedish] with Aksel Örn Ekblom, the artist behind the On Hold Hold On paintings.
Had a great evening walk with my wife. Södermalm, what a nice area it is.

Jag fick en trevlig pratstund men mannen bakom det spontana konstgalleriet längs Årstaviken. Han är dessutom elitbandyspelare i IK TELLUS! Läs intervjun här.. #streetart
Today I used my lunch break to do an interview on the phone with a streetartist who put up five paintings alongside one of Stockholms most popular walkways. It will be in swedish but if anyone is interested I may translate it.
On the other side of the bridge where you see some houses. That’s where I live in Stockholm.
The legal graffiti wall in Tantolunden, Södermalm, Stockholm.
Read Obamas piece on Medium. He’s got a good point in his cryout for voting locally. The local authorities have the power over a lot of things the president, prime minister or the government don’t have.
I am certainly not american. And I’m certainly not black. Still I feel like the protests matters to me as well. Injustice and racism has to stop wherever it takes place.
Am I hating on my neighbourhood for being like this right now? Well, no. The monday morning stroll was like walking in a painting.
The lake Aspen. In swedish it’s the name of a fish and a tree, in defite form. When I googled it I found out it’s the same in english which I didn’t know. Aspen it’s a beautiful place. It’s where me and my friends hung out hot summer days during our teenage years. We jumped off the cliffs into the water and made bonfires. Now I am back there with kids of my own and their friends. It makes me feel a special kind of joy.
Making coffee. The next couple of hours will be spent down by the lake. What a great summer day it is. Sun bursting. Everything in bloom. We are very safe here. Sending thoughts to everyone not feeling safe right now. There’a a lot of bad things going on in the world right now.
My 16 yo ready for his first summer job. Lawnmowing at a neighbour holiday house. It’s owned by a couple living in US who can’t travel to Sweden due to the restrictions.
This is written on an app called Standard Notes. It’s keeping your notes safe and just for you and if you lose your password you won’t get a new. All data will be lost. The idea is appealing.
What a beautiful night.
Good morning. 🏃🏽♀️
Eventually. Everybody here. Good night.
The teens were supposed to join us a few hours later. They took the train after we arrived. But the train broke down halfway. Now there stuck in the middle waiting for a bus. Unfortunately the bus won’t take them all the way so I have to stay up and be ready for some drivning in a couple of hours. It’s gonna be a late night. It’s already eleven pm here.
My life right now. A postcard from Sweden.
I am so much looking forward to when this working day is over
In meeting on Meet. A long one. Doing this simultanously.
Found a piece of guerilla art hanging next to the promenade again. 🏃🏽♀️
The micro.blog app is behaving like this when I do longer posts on my mobile. Why?
Came into office for a couple of hours. It was my first time there for several weeks. Got a chance to meet with some collegues. Seeing them was nice, the rest not so much. I hope my company will go all Twitter and never ask us to come back.
I really need a haircut.
