Good morning from Liljeholmskajen. It is a calm and soothing weather outside over here today. The morning 🏃🏼♂️ run made me glad.
Just read about Telepath. Anyone tried it yet? I’m very interested.
I am alone with the kids this week. My wife are visiting her mother and we are staying in Stockholm for work and school. I like it.
Since I first found out about w.a I have been reading tmo.. He’s the most frequent blogger of all and for that he deserves respekt (sorry got that in swedish). Tmo is very much into simplicity and so am I. Yesterday I wrote I’m not going to make the 100daystooffload challenge and that immediately gave me back my inspiration. I will keep this blog in English and I’m going to write whenever I want to, about whatever I want. Books might be a subject I’ll return to. Right now I am reading two novels at the same time: Maja Lundgren “Myggor och tigrar” and Klas Östergren “Renegater”. None of those titles are available in English unfortunately. The latter might be interesting for an international audience, it’s a novel based on the true story about the author’s exit from the committee of the Nobel prize in literature.
The 100days thing is not going to happen I guess but that’s not because I don’t like to blog, it’s because I can’t stick to this one platform. I still like Write.as but for the moment I like Bearblog more. Why? I guess it’s because it’s a bit ugly and has a home made feeling around it. Well, I’ll be back here as well sooner or later, and if you are into swedish I’ll keep on blogging over at Andreas och björnen as well.
I live by the bridges.
Autumn is coming.
Friday afternoon but still work to do. I am so glad we’re driving to ur little haven later. Torplife, here we come again.
Working from home, give me you best and your worst. I like that I don’t have to rush home after work to cook for the kids. I’m not as fond of the lack of variation and other people. But with that said, I am very positive to the new ”office landscape”.
Thursday. Listening to a podcast, putting together a newsletter for work. I asked my followers in Twitter about the Apple Watch and I am not completely convinced that’s an item I need. I have been thinking I would use the recording function and if you are using that please tell me if it’s working good. I often get good ideas for articles and come up with certain formulations when I run or walk and I have to make a note right away, otherwise the thought is lost. Apple Watch users, are that function working properly?
Sweden is playing against Portugal (soccer) here in Stockholm right now @maique
Bottenskrap.
Ok, time to fix dinner. Chili sin carne.
All you Apple folks on Micro.Blog! I keep wondering if I should buy an Apple Watch or not. You who have one, what’s good?
It is a rainy day in Stockholm. But I hacked the weather and got an hour free fom rain during my morning walk. Afterwards, when I was back inside: It started pouring down.
Good morning from Stockholm. I’ve had a nice 🏃🏼♂️ run and a short 🏊🏻♂️ swim and now I’m ready for three cups of hot and black COFFEE!
What about all these webinars. For how long will they be for free?
Tvingade mig själv att springa. Det var värt.
It’s wrong to say the autumn is here for real, but the feeling of autumn is nevertheless present. Working from home makes life extra slow. I like being less stressed in my everyday life but I also miss the variation. You have to organise everything yourself. There’s no action for free. That’s what autumn is. One good thing though is that I’m going in to the office today to do a rehearsal. Tomorrow am taking part in a production called Omstart Sverige (Restart Sweden), some sort of a webinar for business people and politicians. My job is to manage a chat forum where the audience can ask questions to the panelists.
This sign is significant for Södermalm in a strange way. I mean Panasonic, does that brand still exist?
I have been laying low on MB and all other blogs for a while. I blame work. I’ll write a longer post soon.
What a lovely late summer morning. Took a short swim after a short run. Wish all microbloggers a nice one.
The building called Strato is slowly growing to it’s top.
