I don’t understand how the Mastodon compatible username works on Micro.blog. I have a Mastodon account since before and things I post here are cross posted to that Mastodon account: @ndreas@mastodon.social. But if I try to add a Mastodon user name here on Micro.blog it would be @ndreas@ndreas.eu.

I got my drivers licence when I was 19. In Sweden you can get it from the day you turn 18. The only one of my three kids who are looking forward to driving a car is my daughter. She’s very much into nice looking cars. The two boys not as much.
The picture shows an American custom pickup truck I saw last summer. It’s not mine unfortunately. Not a climate friendly car, but a very cool looking one. 🛻
I don’t think Micro.blog has to be an alternative to Twitter. But if people come here for an alternative, and Micro.blog want to fill that space, I think the most prioritised thing must be user friendliness. The less need for coding, the better.
Cooking, vacuum cleaning, doing the dishes, making a dough for tomorrow’s pie, chatting with the kids. This Thursday night was tough.
Saw Alt+J play at Cirkus yesterday. The venue was crowded. Good songs. Good company. Good beer.

Vi fick en timme tillbaka i natt. Jag och Helene gick upp tidig och tog bilen till torpet. Trots uppenbart höst, de sista löven ger snart upp, var det varmt i luften. Jag sprang en sväng i korts, lunchen efteråt intogs på farstubron. Allt var vackert.
I skogen hittade vi tillräckligt mycket trattkantareller för att göra svampmackor och soppa till middag när vi kom hem till stan.
We got a 18 yo and twins five years younger. One girl and one boy. They’re like water and fire, not alike. She’s into being outside, making stuff, easily bored. He’s the other way around. He’s never bored as long he got his phone and an internet connection. But sometimes you need to get outside and do something else. When it’s Saturday I as a father like to do hang out with my kids and do something together. My wife toook our daughter out for some shopping today so I had to figure something out for me and our youngest son. I know he’s always talking about horror movies, how he’s been watching some together with friends (and sometimes alone). I know, he shouldn’t be doing that, but he’s a smart kid and he is handling it well. He’s never been having any problems sleeping. So, today I asked him if he wanted to go to the movies together with his father to see the horror pic Smile. He was a bit surprised that I asked but said he really wanted to go see it. And what a great time we had! We took the train to the city centre, had lunch at a food court and we talked about this and that. After the movie, which we both enjoyed, we talked even more. I think I’ll claim this as my father and son thing to do once in a while. I’ve never been into horror movies, but if that’s what I have to do to have some hang out time together with my son, it’s worth it. You got to adapt.
