It’s been a month since I worked out in the gym in Stockholm but I must say I feel that I’ve been doing my exercises properly during my weeks in the countryside. You don’t need weights to work on your strength. And why is it important being strong? Well, if you (like I) have a job in an office it’s more important than ever. Neck and back problems will appear eventually and exercise will give you less pain. It’s a precaution.
