This is what I call a night sandwich. Knäckebröd (Swedish hard bread) with butter, cold sliced potatoes, kaviar (Swedish kaviar is a fish egg spread. Its main ingredient is cod roe that is lightly smoked and seasoned with sugar and salt) and chive. Delicious.
